Requesting Support Help

It is always advisable that you call our technical support number to evaluate and confirm any potential issue with an Eclipse™ product. Sometimes issues can be resolved by phone and our technician can guide you to fix the problems with provisions of technical update or resolutions available to you. If the problem cannot be resolved by phone, you will be directed by our technician to request an RMA number for the return of the systems to our depot for warranty services.

RMA Request

Please use our online RMA Request Form to request an RMA process with our technical and RMA teams. If you require immediate assitance, please call our support line as indicated above.

Please Note:
When you contact us for depot warranty services, we will issue a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return the system(s) to us in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment, otherwise you will need to accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in the shipment process. We will return the repaired or replacement products to you. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced system(s) to you by our carrier of choice. If it is determined that the problem is not covered under the warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis or ship back the system as-is to you freight collect.
